can find out how to Order your illustrations in 4 Easy Steps by

The first step includes filling out an Order Form. This form is
Quite Similar to the Request Quote Form but will allow you to fill

Your Payment Instructions and sending a Payment
| Once your Order has
been processed you will receive an email with your: Payment Instructions, Payment Amount (in Australian Dollars) and our Bank Account Details. Please read the Payment Instructions that come with your Email before sending anything. With standard illustrations you will be given your payment amount at the beginning of the project, so you can go ahead and make your payment right away using internet banking to make a direct bank deposit, or by paying online via our Online Shopping Cart with Paymate. With custom illustrations you will be given an estimate amount at the beginning. This is because it is not always possible to predict how long some illustrations will take. We will endeavour to give you a minimum and a maximum amount for your project so that you know approximately what the price range will be. You will then receive the final payment amount at the end of the project once it has been completed and you have approved the files. You can then go ahead and make the payment for your artwork with either a direct bank deposit or by using our shopping cart system. |

The Creative Process - Your Illustration
| Once your payment has
been approved, or an estimate price has been given to you, our illustrator will be using the information that you
have supplied within your order form to start creating your artwork.
It is a good idea to email us some reference images or inspirations
that you might like to base your illustration on so that we can get
your project happening quickly and accurately. We do not copy any
reference materials but rather use them to help to steer the design
in the right direction because images can speak more clearly than
words with visual art. Please email these to: info@myillustration.com.au During the Creative Process our illustrator will ask you to approve the artwork at various stages: - Initial Concepts: These are the initial ideas in simple images for your illustration. You will be given a certain number of these so you should pick the one that works best for you. - Rough Visuals: These are mock up visuals of your final illustration and will help us to explore the elements and styles of the artwork so that you can see a close example of what it will end up looking like as a finished work. - Final Artwork: This is the final Image and we will need your approval to mark it as 'finished,' or keep working on it until you feel that it is 'finished.' You will also get the chance to use up your Revisions during the Creative Process. Revisions are a way of making major and minor changes to the elements, styles or direction of the project for free. After that you will need to pay for any extra Revisions. |
